SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification.Tractr Jeans will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
Tractr Jeans does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:

TractrJeans.com is unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
TractrJeans.com does not offer Saturday delivery.
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on TractrJeans.com, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will do our best to make it right. Items must be returned with in 30 days from the delivery date. Final Sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns. We will not accept returns past 30 days.
MAKING A RETURN
- Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please visit https://tractrjeans.returnscenter.com/ to submit your return request. Your order number and email address relating to the purchase is needed to fill out the form.
- Pack your item(s) and indicate on your return form which item(s) you wish to return. Please choose the appropriate return codes to help us serve you better.
- Please note that items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
